When people think about the life of a nail tech, it’s often a mix of long hours, little time for yourself, constant pressure to grow on social media, and that familiar end-of-the-month question: where did all the money go?

For a long time, I thought the same.

My journey in the nail industry started years ago, working and learning in local salons and building my skills one client at a time. I didn’t start with big resources—just determination, passion, and a strong belief that this career could become something more.

That belief led me to open my online academy, a space built on high standards, clean structure, and a true client-first mindset. It was never just about beautiful nails, but about trust, consistency, and professionalism.

Then came 2020, and everything changed.

As nail techs around the world were forced to pause, something unexpected happened—we connected. We supported one another, shared knowledge, and built real community in an industry that had often felt isolating.

That moment reshaped my perspective. Talent matters, but community matters more.

Today, everything I do is guided by professionalism, consistency, education, and support—helping nail techs grow with confidence and build sustainable careers, not just beautiful work.
